"this is my favorite hotel ever, have stayed here multiple times. however this time my room had several bugs in it, I think the person who stayed in it before didn’t close the balcony door properly. It was tough to get service at the bar, servers seemed to be helping other guests more. it said you could pay for late checkout but when I asked about it they said it was booked. that being said the resort is beautiful and I always enjoy my time, was just slightly disappointed this time. "

"Check in process and parking were very convenient. We stayed here prior to an early flight out of MCO. Our room was comfortable and clean. Great location to the airport! Breakfast was nice before boarding and the dining area was also very clean."

"We stayed here twice in one week, each for only one night before and after our vacation to Jamaica. The check-in took forever as there was a line of people waiting and only 1 hotel staff member checking people in at 5pm which one would expect to be a busy time. They place a $75 hold for the incidentals etc on your card, which is what I paid for the room. The rooms were minimally adequate, bathroom had what looked like magnetic closet doors and didn’t close well and not able to be locked for...

"Clean room. Nice balcony. There is a cheerleading facility on property that affects parking. Parking is a distance so load and unload from the front door then go park. The parking gates were broken and open so it kind of felt like you should not had to pay to park if people could access parking without paying. Overall nice place to stay."
