Some things didn’t go right as expected the first day but the manager was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even taking care of some last-minute arrangements for our stay. "Staff was not the friendliest, front desk had difficulty communicating our requests initially and housekeeping did not service the room the last 2 days we were there. Attempted to resolve the issue with the front desk and escalated to a manager but no one ever followed up. Not what we expected from a Marriott property. Very disappointed and Rex’s t left a voice message for the front desk mgr. and hotel mgr. to resolve the matter. I am awaiting a response them. "
