"Pros: staff were kind, location is good, shuttle to disney parks, early access to disney parks, couldn’t hear any noise from hallway or other rooms. Cons: 1. the hotel is OLD, the conditions of the rooms are not good. It is by far the worst Hilton I stayed in this aspect. If you’re picky this one is not for you. 2. I asked front desk if I could order from Amazon and get the product delivered to the hotel and they said yes, BUT they forgot to inform me that the UPS store inside the hotel would charge 10USD per package. "

"Overall the property was good. We went to the water park and pool on Thursday and had a good time. I asked the staff for a life jacket for my 4 year old and she told me to grab the one off the ground near by because they only had the one. I wasn’t to please with that, especially when we went back to the water park and pool on Saturday and there was approximately 6-8 youth life jackets and they were all being used. My 4 year old spent her pool time watching everyone else enjoy themselves. If your child requires a water safety device, you’re better off bringing your own. Which we didn’t know you could. "

"The property was great. My only complaint is that after a certain time the stores on the property close. I woke at 3 in the morning with a migraine. I go down stairs and ask the front desk if there was anywhere that I can get something to drink and something for a headache because I was in serious pain. She said no and that the store wouldn’t be open until 7 in the morning and went back to doing what she was doing. No empathy or anything. I had to wait 4 hours in pain until the store opened. "
