"Fast & easy check-in at midnight. Good sized room. Welcomed with plate of fruit and water in the room. Nice touch. Interesting space (no exterior window) but actually worked. Not as bad as it would seem. Can hear people talking in the hallway at times but ok otherwise. VERY LOVELY breakfast rooftop space and delicious offerings! Would go back just for this! Nice afternoon tea spread included in price as well! Great value. Good location. "

"Hotel is very well maintained. I chose this hotel for an older and more authentic feel. Given that expectation, it did live up to it. Staff was professional and friendly. Housekeeping staff was excellent. Expect the furniture and decor to be dated, but clean. The hotel borders the river, so exploring on foot is limited to one direction, but within walking distance of main attractions. It does sit on one of the busiest streets in D1, and locals love to say good morning, good afternoon, and good evening with their bike horns. "

"Our room was clean, very comfortable and super quiet. It was very well located in downtown Saigon, with easy access to many of the sights. There was a good selection for breakfast. We went to the Sky lounge for some drinks. It is a pity that the brown building in front blocked what would have been a great view over the river. The staff were lovely and very helpful."

"This is my second time returning to Nikko Saigon Hotel. I really enjoyed the service from the staff. They were very welcoming, cheerful, and enthusiastic. I especially liked the housekeeping staff; their training was very meticulous, paying attention to even the smallest details. I often get my hair done and charge my phone, so my belongings were scattered all over the table, but the staff neatly arranged and coiled the cords. The breakfast buffet had a generous amount of food, and I was very satisfied with the staff. Although there were both new and old staff, one male staff member, either Dien or Diem (I don't remember exactly), recognized me from last year's Nikko Saigon Hotel and remembered that I liked my Vietnamese iced black coffee without sugar. And Mr. Nam, who works in the kitchen, always created wonderful memories for my family with his special dishes. I will definitely return."

"We stayed in a 3 bed apartment and it was sufficient for 6 adults. I think the non en-suite toilet would have been better if it was bigger whilst the en-suite was too big. Breakfast was good and the choice was ok. Had Japanese food in the hotel and that was good. The view in the reception area was amazing. The location is very good and lively. Close to restaurants and shops. Not that far from the airport. Would recommend. "

"This Winsuits Saigon hotel looks like a high end hotels in the America. Large and clean spacious room with a lot of storage for clothes and luggage. Good amenities as Qtips, hair cover for the shower, toothbrush, shampoo and hair conditioner. The bathroom is very clean. However, the room I had combined bath tub and shower. But the glass door cover for the whole bathtub and shower is just covered half of the tub. So every time, we took the shower, the water flashed all over the edge of the bathtub and then ran down to the bathroom floor! I had to use all the towels to stop the flow. I mentioned this issue with the hotel staff. But for sure, they could not do any about that due to lack of planning and design this kind of shower and bathroom without completely having the glass enclosure. That is big minus point for the bathtub and shower stall bathroom. The room with only shower stall is fine. We have no complaints about this hotel except the issue stated above. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Buffet restaurant is decorated beautifully and has western and Vietnamese food and variety of drinks and fresh food. You can not complain about this hotel. But do not pick the room with bathtub and shower."

"An excellent hotel in a great location. However facities for dinner were not the best. We wanted a sit down restaurant with internation food. Other than the buffet, we found the food just average."
