"We had a great stay at the Burrard. The room was well appointed and comfortable. It was great to have complementary bottled water and Nespresso coffee daily. The nightly complementary crisps and non-alcoholic cocktails were a nice touch. The inner courtyard garden was lovely. The major plus was the completely bike hire - the hotel has a decent amount of good quality bikes which could be used for as long as we wanted; we used them to cycle to and around Stanley Park. The location of the hotel was also great, with public transport nearby and much of the city within walking distance. We'd definitely recommend for a stay in Vancouver."
"Rooms and views were great staff was great, but the air in the room would say it was colder than it was. We were sweating all night even though the air said it was 65 it was not. Also the shower heads are pretty but impractical, 5 heavy jets but no real coverage makes the water feel hard (like limescaley water) because its thick jets of water with alot of gaps. Hard to wash my hair in that type of shower head."
"There was a public train station nearby so it made a loud rumbling noise when the train is arriving and leaving which I can hear from my room number 928 3rd third floor."
