"The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants and transport. The staff are friendly and the facilities are excellent including the gym and laundry room. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. The only negative thing is the luke- warm water for showers and the room can be a little bit cold. Overall, I loved my stay and I would return"

"I had a wonderful stay at 5Q House in Bogotá. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a great way to start each day. The location is excellent, with easy access to many of Bogotá’s attractions, restaurants, and shops. I enjoyed my stay so much that I will definitely be returning to 5Q House the next time I visit Bogotá. Highly recommended!"

"This is a nice apartment building in the heart of the T-Zone. This apartment though had a non-working microwave. And the instant on water heater goes on and off constantly. It's a great location and place, but you do have to use earplugs most of the nights. Because it's close to numerous clubs. And need to have better mattresses."

"El lugar es excelente, a 100 metros del parque de la 93. El acceso es simple y seguro con un guardia en la planta baja. Muchos restaurantes alrededor. el departamento limpio y de calidad razonable. La comunicacion con el host es excelente. Tener una cocina es un plus para quien esté varios días. El Lugar parece más pequeño que las fotos. la cama y baño tambien. La cama parecio un poco blanda para mi gusto, no se si es asi, o necesita un nuevo colchon."

"I had communicated that I would be arriving in the early hours of the morning and asked for check-in instructions. I was advised that they could only be sent once o arrived at the building and that there would be someone available to do this. There wasn’t. I ended up having to wait in the lobby of the building till the morning and then had to wait another couple of hours for the room to be cleaned even though my booking started the day before and the apartment should’ve been ready.
