"The staff were outstanding; they are friendly, hard working, and try very hard to keep an older building clean & inviting. Our room even had a little character which I loved. There was a little alcove for the microwave, coffee maker & fridge. The bathroom had cute French doors. "

"Typical Florida, big show in the area so the rates were jacked way up. The hotel itself looks newer from outside but is old and rundown inside. Sink leaked and front desk guy just blew me off when i alerted them as to not flood the floor below. Continental breakfast is terrible. They have signs posted all over warning of consequences if you enter or use anything beyond breakfast hours. Made me feel like it was a place for inmates on a release program. Overall hotel needs an update and some attention to amenities. Didn’t expect much but for the price it should have been better. On a positive note the rooms were made up daily very nicely and sometimes they even replaced soap and wash clothes. Maria at the front desk was a pleasure and very helpful. She should run the place. "

"This place is more half way house than hotel. Place is run down. Homeless people outside and some even living in the rooms. There was even a lady selling her services outside and I was with my kids.... had to tell her to get away from me. Its better to sleep in your car at a stop than stay at this place."

"Check in was easy, staff was nice. Building and pool out dated. Room was basic, bathroom was small and smelled like a pool locker room. "

"When they say light breakfast, they mean light breakfast it was basically a muffin and oatmeal and an apple. The rooms are very musty your towels do not dry out so we kept having to ask for fresh towels. Pool is clean though and they do have lounge chairs there so I was able to utilize that pillows are very small. They’re like a half pillow."
