Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre établissement. Tout était réuni pour des vacances inoubliables :
• un accueil chaleureux dès notre arrivée,
• un emplacement idéal,
• une propreté irréprochable dans tout l’hôtel,
• un service attentif et souriant,
• une animation exceptionnelle, variée et toujours dans la bonne humeur.
Un immense bravo à l’équipe d’animation pour la qualité des événements et des soirées : chaque soir était...

Juste l’odeur de la chambre était vrmt horrible une odeur de produit pour tuer les insectes ou cafards. Ça sentait très fort et rien a été fait malgré plusieurs demandes.
Nous avons essayé de joindre la réception à plusieurs reprises durant notre séjour très compliqué d’avoir quelqu’un au bout du fil.
Sinon le. Personnel est top très accueillant très gentil .
Juste un petit conseil il serait judicieux lors de l’accueil de nous faire une petite visite de l’hôtel

"we like all the people there, since the staff in the restaurant till the animators... we’re a little afraid of what would we find there but it surprised us. A very kindly city with everyone so nice, a dreamy place!!!
The only thing that really bothered us was the fact that there was only wi-fi in the reception... because it’s so big we expected more areas of the hotel with wi-fi connection, nowadays is a “must-have”..

"Hotel loin de tout et pas de taxi. Le soir impossible de bouger la reception n ayant pas de numero pour appeler un taxi.
Animation en italien. Les animateurs tunisiens font ce qu ils peuvent. Mais LA HONTE c est que tout est séparé mini club spectacle soirée ne sont faites que pour les italiens. ALORS POURQUOI VENDRE CET HOTEL AUX AUTRES NATIONALITÉS ???
Personnel très désagréable aussi bien en cuisine qu à la reception. Il ne faut pas avoir un problème surtout pas.

"Nous avons passé un séjour extrat. Hôtel 4 étoiles mais en vaut 5 . Le services au restaurant était vrai très bien avec Leila la chef qui met les gens à l’aise. Les chambres magnifiques. Salle de bain moderne mais dommage nous avions une baignoire et l’eau coulais beaucoup à part tout était supers hôtel à ne pas rater . J’y retournerai avec plaisir . La nourriture très bonne avec du choix et d’excellents desserts "
