"We chose this over the Raddison Blu which had similar ratings and price point. We booked for five nights, but cancelled after the first night and moved to the Raddison Blu. Why? This hotel bills itself as 5 star, but it is anything but. The rating is from 2005. The beach facilities and pool are beautiful, but the service is rude and combative, and "all-inclusive" is anything but. "Nice property. Stayed during low season so many of the facilities weren’t really in use such as pool bar and beach bar but I imagine they’d be nice. Has a good indoor pool to help out during the colder months."
