Dear Team,
I would like to share some feedback following my recent stay at the Radisson Blu Doha.
Overall, I was happy with my experience. The hotel was very clean, and the general standard of housekeeping and comfort met my expectations.
However, I would like to offer some constructive feedback. Although I had email confirmation for a room with two single beds, this room was not ready upon arrival. I had to wait over an hour for the matter to be resolved, which was a little inconvenient.
Additionally, the television channels were lagging and there was a limited choice available. I also noticed that the handrail in the bath was loose. I informed staff at the time, but unfortunately this was not fixed during my stay. Similarly, the sealant around the window by the bath was coming away and was not addressed after being reported. These were not major issues, but they are worth noting for future improvements.
Despite these points, I was overall satisfied with my stay and appreciate the efforts of your staff. I hope this feedback is helpful and contributes to maintaining and improving the guest experience.
