Shahin is the best, he was above and beyond, he even walked with us all the way from the parking lot and made the luggage experience smooth; but the whole staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent! We really enjoyed our stay at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels. The location was perfect — right in the heart of the Souq and within walking distance to many attractions, museums, and metro stations. It made getting around Doha so easy! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a lovely experience and we would definitely recommend for people who would like to do sightseeing in Doha within walking distances!

It is one of my favorite hotels in the world! Incredible staff, friendly, helpful, and welcoming they make you feel you are at home. You are surrounded by such a lively area full of history, culture, culinary traditions, and art. This was my second stay, traveling solo, and in a heartbeat will stay again at this beautiful hotel. No complaints for what it is, a boutique hotel right inside the souk. You're not gonna get the glitsy, hyper modern Qatar experience here, but if you want a more traditional experience, its great. Really good service, clean nice room, great location.

Great location to the souq and other sites along the waterfront. Be aware there are about 6 different hotels under the Tivoli brand in this location. Our suite was well appointed and comfortable. Service is outstanding.

I liked the location of the hotel very much. My one problem is that I could not find a way to switch off the lights at night. I asked someone working there, and he did not know either. It this seems to be a problem with other hotels in the Gulf.
