We stayed in a deluxe room, which was extremely spacious, immaculate and luxuriously decorated. The breakfast buffet was superb, so many cooked and cold options and the pool was full length and perfect for swimming laps. The staff were also excellent and very attentive and the hotel was very close to the mall, walkable (just) even in the August heat & humidity, we loved our stay

Excellent stay from start to finish. Checking in experience with Shahid at front desk was warm and welcoming. Valet and front of house staff always friendly and helpful. Excellent spa facilities with segregation available - therapist saw us taking a look around on the first day and gave us a thorough tour which was useful. Room extremely spacious and hotel has a glam feel. Guest relations help set up some decorations for my wife's birthday (available at a fee) which she enjoyed. Would book again.

The rooms are big and spacious, with beautiful décor. Each room has its own walk-in dressing room with plenty of storage space. The breakfast was good, although the service can be slow after around 9:30am, especially at weekends. The SPA facilities are good, but they are spread across four floors, which can be quite inconvenient. The swimming pools are also all 1.5 metres deep, so they are not really suitable for young children. Half board includes breakfast and dinner. Dinner is from 5pm to 11pm, with a set menu rather than a buffet. This is a great option, as the food is excellent. You can choose between Latin American cuisine on the 5th floor and Chinese cuisine on the 44th floor. The front-door staff and housekeeping team are excellent. Most of the hotel staff are very friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. Check-in is not as smooth if you arrive during the night or early morning. The experience is not quite the same as checking in during the day. Overall, our stay was great, and we would definitely return.

We had a fabulous stay in the WA West Bay. The hotel is beautiful, the room was very clean and kept that way every day by the staff. The beds were very comfy. The staff are lovely, very courteous and helpful. The food was very nice too. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

A great hotel in an amazing location minutes from the Corniche, and also well located to easily reach all of the key sights in and around Doha. The staff at the hotel are second to none. Huge room with massive bathroom. One of the most comfy bed. Very close to a mall. Customer service was spot on from the bagage handler to the front desk staff. Huge thank you to Shahid. Will definitely come back next time i'm in Doha.
