Very helpful and accommodating staff. Had a two bedroom suite for a very reasonable price. Location is ideal and a complimentary ticket to a nearby beach resort. Hotel restaurant had very good breakfast as well.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire staff, from the reception desk to the doormen, was incredibly welcoming and professional. The apartments were spotless, spacious, and the location was excellent—peaceful and quiet. Parking was also very convenient, and the rate was more than reasonable for everything offered. I highly recommend it!

The Wifi is essentially useless no matter where you are in the hotel, the breakfast buffet is way below standard in choice without even a coffee machine or fresh coffee but only instant coffee available, the room floors were a bit sticky even after we asked them to re clean the room. The bathrooms ware quite smelly. Location is good and the walk to the beech is only a couple of minutes . Personal was friendly

Nice room, good hotel overall. Friendly security. When arrived found reception guy very dull, not friendly and welcoming at all. When leaving the same guy didn’t bother coming off the phone and just took the key. Always nice to have a friendly face. Had to keep asking for toilet rolls as they wouldn’t re stock. Towels had marks on them too. Cleanliness not the best. However otherwise hotel was good. Room was big comfortable and spacious. Toilets were also clean and nice. We’re given toothbrushes lotion shower gel etc which was great. When asking for items that were needed they were always fast in proving this too. It was a good hotel and was overall happy with the stay. Small improvements could be made which would make a huge difference.

This hotel is great as the apartments are spacious however the down side is the drains offset a foul smell into the rooms. The staff are very friendly. The swimming pool is ok it could be warmer same with the jacuzzi. I didn’t like the fact there is no lifeguard in the pool area or towels. Another personal dislike of mine was the apartments are accessed by a physical key therefore if you are unfortunate enough to loose your key you will be charged 70 QAR for a replacement. Thankfully it’s only a small charge but if it was just a normal card access this would be easily avoided as cards are easier to carry and can be deactivated if lost. Only a couple negative from me but overall it was a great experience and I would stay here again as the room size was good for me, wifi good, location good and it has beach access.

This was my first visit to Doha and I experienced a great customer service at this hotel. Starting from security, receptionist, dining staff and property manager we were very welcomed! Any questions or concerns were resolved immediately. Loved this place, perfect room and needs all what family is looking for. Great security system in each floor. Very convenient to go to any sightseeing places. I really appreciate all staff at this hotel for their great customer service, knowledge and kindness. Definitely, if I am back, I will be staying at this hotel.

Bad customer service had to change the room three times due to mold in the refrigerator rubber , broken refrigerator in the 2nd room, microwave is broken, land line is broken, internet is not working ( the IT crew left pass midnight ). It appears and evident to me that there is no preventative maintenance after each stay. Stay dates October 2025.

O hotel é bom, bem localizado e de fácil acesso. Tem piscina aquecida e Jacuzzi. Os quartos são grandes, amplos e confortáveis. Além disso ainda dao voucher de acesso à praia “Sand Doha” que tem toalhas, espreguiçadeiras e água inclusa, fica a 15 minutos de distancia a pé. O atendimento da recepcionista não foi dos melhores, foi bem grossa inclusive e cobrou um valor extra pelo early check in mesmo dizendo que não passaria a noite no hotel. No geral valeu muito a pena pelo conforto, recomendo ele.
