"This hotel is conveniently close to the train station, about 10min walk. I have difficulty walking sometimes, so the location of this hotel was wonderful and useful when we explored outside the city. The hotel is also very close to major department stores (Manor & Globus) and many other shopping options within a short walking distance. It is about 15min walk to the Old Town and all the quaint shops & restaurants located in the hilly maze of streets. Geneva's Jet d'Eau and Lake Geneva was easy...

Once we got up the front stairs with our bags we were greeted, registered and on our way to our fifth floor room in the cozy but efficient elevator. One of their team members took us to another (very nice) hotel, paid for the taxi, ensured express checkout and made sure the breakfast was included.
