"It is in a bad shape the whole place"

"Excellent opinion to stay close to LAX airport. Super friendly staff, enclosed parking lot, good breakfast and spacious room."

"Will definitely stay here again"

"Hotel Staff was very helpful; very clean and a lively bar w/ a nice staff."

"The front desk staff is incompetent. The hot food elements of the breakfast are horrible. Stay away from the eggs and potatoes. The sausage was flavorless but edible. Yogurt, bread and cereal was the only thing that was decent. The facility is really nice and probably good for an extended stay. It's really difficult to communicate with the staff if you don't speak Spanish."

"Excellent room with fantastic bath/bathroom, even at the cheapest tier of room. Good parking availability, but mind the trees. Staff was excellent, but they typically cater to native Japanese speakers, so be mindful that communication difficulties may occur."

"日本人は安心して泊まれる"

"Staff are friendly and accommodating and I love the complimentary 24 hrs fitness center and laundry. My family enjoyed our stay."

"Good location, great responsive owner/couple,nice remodeled room and comfortable king bed, housekeeping not so great,we stayed for 3 nights and room didn't get cleaned one day I had to ask for clean towels,no iron/ironing board and no hair dryer."
