"I’m not sure if it’s the in entire property or my specific room but there was a horrible roach infestation they were everywhere under the bed and in the bathroom at one point I killed 4 within 20min I even seen one crawling from out of my shoe after that I couldn’t stay the remaining 2 days I left and checked into a different hotel. "We booked through Hotels.com and received a contact number to the apartment manager. When I called, I was told that there was no booking and that if I wanted to stay, I would have to pay cash. We (2 kids, 2 adults) arrived at 21:00 and were stranded, so we paid for one night. "Photos of the basic unit is for a different property across street that hotel claims to not know why it's posted. I couldn't receive refund so had to stay in their provided unit that is 1/3 of the size of one I booked. Room had some appliances that didn't work well and no TV remote."
