"We loved our stay. The Inn was in a perfect location just a short drive to Arches, Canyon Land and downtown Moab. The amenities were great—laundry service, hot tub, pool, restuarant/bar. The breakfast each morning was great and the cookies were delicious in the afternoons."

"I wouldn't bother paying for a room with a view. Our view of mountains was blocked by a tree and seemed more of the housing across the street than the mountains in the distance. Also, since the mountains surround the building, I would think that most of the rooms have at least as good a view as what we had. Photo from Room 422 attached."

"Sadly, Sorel is too expensive for what it is. It's obvious it used to be amazing but it's in need of a maintenance team and general refreshing. The rooms are clean but old. The hotel is seriously understaffed (one poor waiter in the restaurant) and the front desk staff is hit or miss. There are lightbulbs out all around the property and everything needs a fresh coat of paint. The daily expeditions, scenery and location of the hotel are great and why I'm giving the hotel 4 stars instead of 3. We did the Canyonlands tour, UTV tour and horseback riding. All of the staff running those activities were fantastic and are working hard. We didn't receive any services from the spa and can't speak to that. "
