"Pros: Great location. Bed was comfy. Comfy couch. Cons: cleaning was average, Locking safe didn’t work, 1st day we sweltered as couldn’t get the air con to work. The 2nd day fluked it turned on a key on the entrance wall & it turned out to be the master switch for the air con unit that no one told us about grrr.😡"

"The accommodation itself is as advertised. Very spacious. Great for a family. It was stocked with plenty of amenities and a great outdoor room. We were very comfortable inside. We were disappointed with the pool area. It is not as shown. It is small and was not clean when we arrived. To the owners credit, this was rectified as soon as we advised. The location is fine as long as you have transport or use the Port Douglas shuttle services. We could walk to the beach. A good family base for...
