"good around the bored"

"This Hyatt is good for travelers. It is easy to get to and restaurants and shopping or close by. They have an airport shuttle that runs around the clock. You can leave your vehicle on site for a daily rate. Bed was comfortable, room had plenty of space, there is a restaurant and bar on site. We did have a minor issue with the television remote not working the tv, but with a quick online search we were able to re-pair the remote to it and enjoy a little entertainment."

"Unfortunately, my stay at the DoubleTree was negatively impacted by a troubling experience with the hotel shuttle service and the lack of follow-up afterward. During the shuttle ride, the driver became involved in a verbal altercation with a passenger for no apparent reason. The interaction was aggressive and uncomfortable, creating an unsettling environment for everyone on board. "Clean, in a good part of town. Furniture wasn't luxury level, but it was good and not old. Breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast, but with whipped cream and good jams for the waffles or french toast."

"I had a one night stay before a flight out the following morning. This property is clean and adequate. It is very close to the airport which is nice. There were no problems with the room and everything worked as it should."

"I paid to stay at the property, so parking should have been included and should not have been charged separately. However, I was charged a self-parking fee, which I believe was applied in error. If the charge was intentional, then I strongly believe the hotel should reconsider this policy, as charging paying guests an additional fee for parking is unreasonable and detracts from the overall guest experience."

"It’s so beautiful and well lit. Desk staff very helpful and friendly for both check in and out. My room was GORGEOUS and clean and had so many useful amenities I would have never thought to ask for. Plenty of towels, great quality shower gel and shampoo that left my whole body so soft. Standard breakfast buffet spread you would see at like a Hilton/hyatt situation-yummy! Great frequent shuttle service. And only $50 incidental fee. WiFi was fast and free."

"Bottom bed sheets did not fit the bed. It came untucked and rolled up underneath me as I slept. Breakfast was good. However, the breakfast attendant had a bad attitude. She seemed to be annoyed that the waffle batter ran out. She went to refill it. She did not come back during the duration it took my family to eat. She was the same person who was annoyed when asked to help with the ice machine."
