"Easy check in with very friendly staff, room clean byt the bathroom could do with an update. Annoying light right outside window illuminated room all night! Bed comfy Supermarkets and pub very closeby"

"All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45. The server did his best but was over powered with the demands of trying to keep up with the orders. Maybe the kitchen staff were understaffed as...

"The hotel is wonderful, excellent food. Spa is brilliant. Staff are helpful and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Plenty of places to visit near by. We are staying again in December."
