"This place is clean and spacious and the most wonderful bonus is that the people are so nice! My check in was later in the evening - the person at the front desk was really pleasant and the manager swooped by with some extra friendliness. I thought I might have just gotten lucky but when I went for the included breakfast the next morning, the people working at the buffet were also gregarious and warm and happy. I’m guessing that management is nurturing a culture of value for their workers and it shows. Keep it up! "

"We were rushed to checkout by 11 am. Need to allow at least until 12 noon like other major hotels. This will be a deal breaker in the future for our stay. When we asked the hotel staff, they were not helpful and were very strict. They were reading out penalty amounts for every hour of delayed check out beyond 11 am. Management needs to think about this seriously. No winder why the hotel was more than half empty."

"room and hotel is beautiful…the rest is appealing to the eye but upon further inspection is concerning or even unappetizing. the food at the bar/restaurant was unfortunately not up to chicago standards. the drink was even worse and very heavily artificially syrup based old fashioned was disgusting. sink was not installed correctly and anytime ran water it would just pour all over the counter top. no amenities are given besides a small marshmallow."
