"The room was the perfect size for me. Very clean, ample towels, good closet space, it was fantastic that the TV pivoted so many ways off the wall. I felt very safe my whole stay. The bellman helped med get a cab upon my departure. The location was perfect in midtown, so close to theaters and Times Square as well as the Port Authority. There was a welcoming feeling in the lobby, with live entertainment each night."
