"Clean room and the bar and also the rooftop is amazing"

"Amazing experience from check in to check out. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I enjoyed the quick check in, friendly staff asking if I needed anything else, and warm cookies upon check in was a great touch! The staff checked in on me with texts and in the lobby to ask if I needed anything while I was in the city several times which I appreciated. The room was definitely a small nyc style room as expected but the bed was super comfortable, bathroom was clean and a good size for nyc, GREAT...

"Room was clean and bright. Nice views. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Amenities such as free American Museum of Natural History Museum was a nice touch. Convenient to multiple subways, grocery stores, and restaurants as well as Times Square. Free breakfast is also very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel is beautiful and staff was amazing. Location was near 1 train and many options for food nearby. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise at night. We stayed on the street side at the intersection and it was loud. Also, the doors to all the rooms are very heavy and slam shut. It’s a lot in the middle of the night to hear all the doors slamming shut. Other than this, the stay was great and the hotel itself is beautiful."

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, so everyone could find something they liked. "This was a great place and I would stay there again but it was not perfect. Actually I would give it 4.5. A few things that could improve it: 1) we were in a 1 bedroom suite and there was no TV in the bedroom. One of us was sleeping on the couch but the one in the bedroom really missed having a TV. 2)We had to call someone to get the TV to work. He came quickly and had to bring a second remote. No huge biggie, but wish it wasn't necessary. 3)this is the one that mattered most to me since I...
