"I had requested a ground floor handicap room because of my husband's disabilities but when we arrived, all they had was a second floor room, not handicap accessible. The bathtub and shower enclosure really need to be replaced."

"The room was disgusting. Lights did not work, floor was sticky, towels were discolored, no soap or shampoo provided, the chair was cracked and the mattresses were terrible. I will never stay here again!"

"We stayed there a year ago and chose to stay again. I'm not sure what happened in just a year but it really went down hill. We were disappointed in the cleanliness. Needed to be moved to a different room because of bugs in the room. The second room was bug free but food had been left in the refrigerator ..."
