"Staff was very friendly , helpful and professional! Our forth stay there , never disappointed!"

"When i went to breakfast still way before serving stopped, most of the containers were empty. The staff person advised she would be refillling. After having checked once, after over thirty minutes, i needed to leave. Disappointing. Our TV didn't work and the front desk was advised. The guy came and got our TV and brought another which did not work. After two more tries of bringing non-working TV's, he was frustrated, mumbling and cussing under his breath, we told him to forget about it. ...

"This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets."

"Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. "We arrived very late in the evening and the gentleman on duty was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The ambiance was unique and pleasant after a long day of driving. We had to leave early, so we didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of the extra amenities."

I paid 180 for the room and it was extremely small and it doesnt say on here anywhere that there isnt pool on-site u have to go to a different hotel across the street for the pool.. also the entire hotel is under construction and it really made our stay not a good as advertised because breakfast was limited and none of the anemities were available... for the price I paid we could have stayed somewhere with a bigger room and...
