"clean room but microwave was rusty and corroded inside. Told front desk that it was no need to replace it because I wasnt going to use it anyway. The refrigerator was clean. Bathroom sink and tub had some a few leftover hairs in them. Room smelled a little smoky but I sprayed lysol in air conditioner and on the curtains to refresh the air and room. Staff nice and courteous. aHad some troubles with the remote which according to the front desk was the wrong one. This particular stay was average from the last time I stayed here."

"We were on the 21st floor and the hot water in the shower and sink never got hot. We stay here all the time and have never encountered a hot water issue. Called the front desk and they said maintenance would look at it. The next morning same thing. Ran the shower and sink for over 20 minutes and the water never got over 94-95 degrees at best. Not sure what the problem was but it definitely was not fixed. We have been on floors 12 through 20 before and this never has occurred."

"I always stay at this specific hotel when I travel to the area. Always a great experience. This time wasn’t bad but it’s been better. I was on the highest floor although I requested a lower level and the room seemed a bit different than the lower floors. There was a bit of an odor similar to a nursing home (no offense intended). I also noticed some stray hair on the bathroom floor. The bed was not comfortable either. It was rather hard. Although this visit wasn’t at the quality level I have always experienced I will still stay here again the next time I’m in town."

"This was the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever encountered. My family and I were traveling overnight, prior to booking this hotel I called to let them know what time I would be arriving and to see if I would be able to check in early. I was told yes, so I continued my booking. Just to arrive at 5 am and be told the room was given away and they no longer had any rooms available for me to get into, until 11am. Fortunately, another hotel was accommodating and allowed me to pay to stay there from 5am- 12pm.Went back to Hilton around noon to check in again. Was assigned a room on the 9th floor, got there and the room hadn’t been cleaned, linen was still on the floor. Walked back to front desk and was assigned a second room on the 10th floor. Well someone was already occupying that room and we walked in on them. Walked down again for the third time. Obviously frustrated at this time and explaining to the front desk what just happened. Instead of the guy at the front desk being understanding to our frustration. He chooses to argue with us. Abigail, who was the most understanding and accommodating of them all. Finally assigned us a room that was actually ready. The shower took at least 10 minutes to actually get hot. We tried ordering room service using the QR code that was in the room, just to find out after paying and waiting for our order that their system didn’t work, and we needed to walk down for orders. Lastly valet broke my vehicle key."
