"Wir haben dieses Hotel geewählt, weil sich direkt davor zwei große öffentliche Parkplätze befinden. Als wir ankamen, befanden sich dort jedoch Parkverbotsschilder davor. Wir sprachen die Empfangsmitarbeiterin darauf an, die sagte, wir könnten dort parken, das seien städtische Parkplätze. Später haben wir noch umgeparkt, was richtig war, denn die Polizei hatte dann abends die Parkplätze abgesperrt und sogar angefangen, Autos abzuschleppen. Scheinbar war dort eine Veranstaltung von Einsatzkräften...

"One of the best hotels i have been in not only in Czechia (where hotels and service can often be lacking) but in Europe in general. Everything was perfect, all staff were kind and helpful and attempted to answer every question (with a minor of exception of one elderly restaurant breakfast staff worker who didn’t want to know or answer anything about anything and is probably content to clear dishes the rest of his life. Everyone else, bellmen, reception, spa staff, all were excellent and helpful...

"Wir hatten einen kurzen, aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück überzeugte uns allemal. Es gab verschiedene Brötchen, Brot, sehr gutes Rührei mit Speck. Verschiedene Käse und Wurstsorten. Kaffee aus dem Automaten. Abends kann man wunderbar im Hotelrestaurant essen. Sehr gut und preiswert. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem ist das Parken kostenlos, Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Wir empfehlen das...

"Generally the hotel is really stylish and is in a nice setting with good underground parking (although this is quite a bit extra). The breakfasts are sufficient and well presented. The pool and spa are nice and clean and what you would expect from a hotel of this cost. It's a 10mins walk in to the town (downhill going, but uphill coming back 😧). Overall, it's is a decent 5star hotel with service and amenities you would expect for what you are paying."

The room was comfortable and well-decorated, the included breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had anywhere, the staff very friendly and helpful with ideas for spas, and the in-house massage excellent. Parking is available and the location is central to the spas and colonnades. Highly recommended!"

"It's a beautiful little spot, rooms are clean and the food is good. It is located almost at the end of the walking district near hotel Pupp. It seems that they need a bit more maintenance, as the in-room safe did not work, and the Air Conditioning in most of the older rooms was working at less than 50%, meaning the room was 26C no matter what the setting was."
