"Housekeeping did not clean room. I called front desk receptionist to let them know. They told me they would send housekeeping to clean room. We left for dinner and when we arrived the room was never cleaned."

"The pool wasn’t working and they put us in the second floor despite me having a handicap and requesting a first floor unit in advance, which made it tricky every time I had to go in and out of the room. But other than that the breakfast was great, location was convenient, and the room was clean."

La piscine est un véritable plus : elle est grande, agréable, avec un bar, beaucoup de transats et de parasols, et une très bonne exposition au soleil. Avec la chaleur et le beau temps de Key West, c’était vraiment parfait pour profiter pleinement de l’extérieur.
