"The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. They were very nice. The waiter we had, Rubin, was great! Very friendly and attentive. That part of the hotel was air-conditioned. Our room was not. We were there during a heat wave. We had a fan which helped some but it was warm in our room. The lady at the front desk when we checked in gave us very good advice on where to stop on our travels around the Ring Of Kerry."
