"What an amazing stay, even if it was only for 1 night! From the ambiance of the castle, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff, we enjoyed every minute. The only minor disappointment would be the size of the bed in the carriage house room, which was small for a couple (it seemed like a double or twin, definitely not a queen size). Other that that we had a very enjoyable visit."

The Palm

"We had a great stay at the Palm (1 night). Location is excellent, right along the main street facing the water. Several restaurants and shops nearby (including restaurant and bar in the Palm). Nearby activities such as the walk around and up the little mountain, and strolling the promenade. Was about a 10 minute walk from the train station. Room was clean and spacious. The walk in shower was lovely. In the intro email from the Palm they noted it can be loud some nights due to the bar, but we were there on a Monday night and it was very quiet. The front desk staff was pleasant, helpful, and kept our luggage for us before we were able to check in. We would stay here again if ever in the area."
