"No kitchen little breakfast "

"The place was terrific. The only 'less than ideal things' I can note are that the street noise and trains were a challenge to sleeping ( bring ear plugs) and the kitchen did not have cold drinks and snacks available as the write up indicated. That not withstanding, the location and appointment of the rooms was phenomenal. We wanted for nothing and loved the experience of spending two nights in The Best Gals room overlooking the main drag. "

"The room was very clean and efficient. Stayed one night very comfortably. The breakfast was cereal and pastries. Just enough to get you going. "

"The room was very small. It had everything we needed for a one night stay. They provided a very nice extra blanket when requested. The bed was hard, and there was a metal bed frame that made a lot of noise when you moved, the pillows were very flat and the property needs a lot of work. We will not stay again."

"This is not a fancy hotel, but it is extraordinarily clean, has very comfortable beds, and very nice staff. For what it is, it is excellent. Just don’t expect the Ritz! It’s about an hour from the Grand Canyon, which we knew, but it is a very easy drive. Williams had some good food options."

"The rooms are in a separate building from the front desk. Our building had the doors propped open. We did not feel safe from anyone just walking in. The carpet was filthy. My bed covering had a stain which looked yellow. I would not recommend. "

"Just don't. There are much nicer places to stay in Williams. I did find the bed comfortable, but our bathroom needed a deep clean. Jacuzzi was closed. Pool appeared heated, but there was no net to clean out all the bugs and leaves, so we skipped swimming. Breakfast was super disappointing;.White bread, jelly, sugared cereal, juice, coffee. Some yogurt or fruit would have been nice. There was a nice outdoor dining patio. Location is super convenient. Parking is also good. Property is just overall...

"Our stay was very unpleasant. At check in we enter our room. A dirty towel was left in the closet a water bottle top was on the floor. The conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty. They did bring some after calling but that should have been checked before guest arrive. The next day I asked for clean towels I get a “clean towel” with brown stuff all over looked like poop. Then he’ll tell you that you have to pay cash. And he’ll tell you to “call Expedia tomorrow” to try and get a refund. If you check into the room, you are on record as checking in, plus you paid cash, so there’s no record of you really paying other than your charge from Expedia.
