Considering the price, I found the space rather small. Additionally, the temperature knobs in the bathroom sink and shower were backwards (which may cause a problem with younger children), and the hot water itself was SUPER HOT! Attempts to regulate the temp was unsuccessful. It ran ICE COLD or PIPING ...
