"The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. This hotel desperately needs an update. Bathroom was old and the shower curtain needed to be replaced. "Great staff and a great stay"

"We stayed here one night for our return to the USA. For that purpose the location and shuttle to and from the Dublin airport were fantastic. They offer a great shuttle service, and we didn't know it at the time, it was only a short walk to the Terminal 2 at the airport. Next time we'll just walk. This hotel has a lot going for it with the location to fly out, the shuttle, the room was clean but felt a bit small, the breakfast was wonderful, and they have a very nice bar/lounge."

"We were really looking forward to our two night stay at Clontarf Castle but were disappointed with our room. It was on the ground floor, with people sitting and eating outside our bedroom window and noise above until late. It was definitely not luxurious in any way. Breakfast was ok but on the second morning we found many things had already gone and not been replaced. However my husband enjoyed his freshly cooked omelette.
