"I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside...

"We had a good stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was very comfortable. Unfortunately the pans in the kitchen were very damaged, so we opted not to use them. A shame since we booked an apartment to be able to cook. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t a very big issue."

"I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. "The apartments were amazing, the only disappointing part was we had booked them as they were on temple bar, the apartment we booked was getting renovated so we were moved to 2 apartments which was a half hour walk or 20 min taxi ride so incurred extra charges for ubers"

"Pretty good, we thought there would be 7 beds, but there was one pull out couch and 3 beds. But turned out to be pretty nice to sleep on. We couldn’t figure out the shower, so it was either scolding or freezing.. this might just be our fault though. Super central, and easy to get too and from. "
