"Staff was the BEST part of our stay! Attentive & went above & beyond. We had an early flight and they still accommodated breakfast to go for us. Rooms were clean & bed was comfortable. Parking however can be limited and you may have to park on the street. However you can pull up to the main entrance to drop your luggage with the staff so you do not have to make the (very) short walk if you have to street park. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"I had many thoughts about a hospital hotel. How far from the hospital and would it really be as nice as it looks. Well it was better than expected and the bonus was how it was part of the hospital, we had come by bus / train and so easy to find. Just ask people if you get stuck, bus driver was great. Food, we ate from the dinning room, very reasonably priced and good quality food.
We enjoyed the pool too.
I would say, a sign at the hospital entrance would be good. As we did get anxious about...

"You get what you pay for.
Showers were not clean, mold growing in silicone and grout. Needed a good clean or bleach! I turned the “waterfall faucet” on and the water completely missed the sink and ran directly onto the floor (because of the design and miniature sized space saving sink). Messy chaos to deal with.
Room heater didn’t work or have instructions.
Outside, car park and grounds were dirty and didn’t feel safe.
Staff were nice."

"Everything about the property was awesome. Free parking garage which was needed because we rented a car. We could either walk or drive into the city centre which was nice. Room was immaculate. Room had a double and single bunk bed for very reasonable. Very nice continental breakfast for $7.00. Check out at NOON!!! Unheard of. I only gave 2 stars for check in. We got to the property very early. I Asked about early check in and was told to come back after 3pm. We came back at 2pm and I inquired...
