Everywhere was spotless. We had a 6 foot bed that was very comfortable. Yes, the wallpaper was old & stained but this house is very old & must take a great deal of upkeep. The dining room was lovely, as was the breakfast Our friends had the room next door & their opinion was the same as ours. All 4 of us would definitely return"

Finally, the write ups and marketing should be more truthful about what can be seen on property and how authentic the current building truly is. Those looking for royalty to have stayed at the ‘castle’ will be let down."
