"Dislikes were not bad. Our fireplace had issues and they were helpful in getting it working, but it was only a brief fix. NBD really. Outside lights by our room were not on at night, so not ideal for safety. Hot tub was warm, not too hot. I assume it's harder to keep hot when 25 degrees out. Dinner in restaurant was good but small portion.
Loved the room, kitchenette/bar, very spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful. View from room was fantastic of the first snow of season on mountain...

"The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. "
