"The on-site bistro/bar was closed Friday evening upon our arrival, then closed completely on Saturday evening. One of the primary reasons we chose this property was for the amenities. The front desk was not helpful as far as accommodating a request for getting a beverage from the bistro and there were no adult beverages sold in the pantry. We didn’t rent a car for our short weekend stay hoping we could have all we needed at the hotel but that wasn’t the case.
Additionally, the tablet and...

"Room was spacious and clean. The massage chair in the room was a nice surprise! More that the usual complimentary breakfast. Lots of options both hot and cold and I really appreciated all the choices of flavored coffee creamer. Our biggest complaint was the fact the toilet sat so low. Be ready to feel like you are sitting in the floor. The water pressure in the shower was ok. I did like the 2 sinks, one being outside where the toilet and the shower were and there was a lot of counter space at...

"Room was adorable and comfortable with terrific views. Could see sunrise from the bed. Housekeeping could use a little work. Jet tub was a little dirty and glasses in cupboards were dirty. Understandable outside windows would be dirty but inside windows could use a little TLC. Linen left on balcony in front of room. Coffee available all day was great, very friendly staff. Restaurant noise was a little loud but when they were closed it was very peaceful. Close to restaurants and shops. Overall...
