"The best part of this resort honestly wasn’t the waterpark — it was the kids’ room. Brad, who runs it, brings such a thoughtful and intentional approach to what he does. He wasn’t just supervising; he was truly engaging with families. Most days he ran the kids’ room from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and even helped each family create keepsakes from their trip, which was such a special touch.
Every night we were there, he hosted a skee-ball competition right in the game room for both kids and adults, which everyone loved. Then from 7–9 p.m., he ran a pool party with organized games every 15 minutes, keeping the energy high and everyone involved.
He truly made our trip memorable and has us already excited to come back to Dubuque."
