"There was no airport shuttle. I had to get a taxi. The room was clean but couldn’t open windows because garbage outside attracted flies. Our room was noisy outside til about 3:00 am. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend a great restaurant two minutes walk. Beds and linens were very comfortable"

"Comfortable hotel. Not very salubrious area! Traffic heavy in rush hour so took much longer than planned for morning flight, even though not far from the airport. Be warned! Would have preferred a shower to a jacuzzi in the bathroom, for a quick morning shower."

"The property is a few minutes walk from the main attractions in Ercolano, with free parking, a good breakfast and a nice restaurant. The pool is inviting. The place itself looks to date from the 18th century. The rooms in the main building are very attractive."

"Wir haben diese Hotel gewählt um die Umgebung zu erkunden und evtl. abends noch am Strand auszuspannen. Pattsituation war gut, Auto wird hinter einem Tor geparkt aber auf die Klingel ohne Überprüfung wird das Tor geöffnet. Hotel ist übersichtlich. Zimmer groß, mit einem Balkon und Sitzmöglichkeit. Gleich am Meer, man hört die Wellen. Frühstück ist wirklich gut. Das war einer von 4 Hotels die wir auf diese Reise besucht haben und dieses Frühstück war das Beste. Service ist nicht 4 Sterne...

"Me and my partner had a lovely stay for 1 night in this old fashioned Napoli building. Giangi was extremely helpful and carried our luggage up all the stairs. We appreciated him running through what was offered in the building. This included free cold filtered/sparkling water, a fridge, microwave and coffee machine all complimentary. He also showed us where to go and eat in Naples which was a lovely touch. Please ignore other reviews on lift accessibility and breakfast. This is a traditional...

"Poor area. Horrible parking with trash and graphiti everywhere. Drivers are crazy. Inside the hotel great but leave anywhere and its like a video game. Empty offices, homeless burning garbage, just wild."

"The area was in the industrial zone. Not a great area but close to the metro trains. You should see the out area before you book. The gym is closed, the patio deck also closed, a lot of Reno. Kind people but I would not stay there again. Bring your own water."

"The beds were comfy, but the building smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom appeared to have what looked like to be black mould :( the breakfast was not very appetizing. Eggs tasted weird, bacon was super super greasy and didn’t seem fully cooked. The best thing about this place was the parking included and the front desk staff who were amazing in recommending restaurants and who were so friendly!"
