Good overall stay. Funky hotel. Good staff and within 20 mins walk to karlsrad which is super fun on a Saturday night. Used laundry facilities, dryer was incredibly slow. Otherwise every thing else was great.

Staff were very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The room was very nice and had speakers in them which I felt was a nice touch. Great design throughout the hotel. Fantastic shower. Breakfast buffet was great

Good hotel overall

Good location, fun hotel. Bit of a hiccup at check-in when we’re told we’d been upgraded to a ‘wow’ room. Turned out it was a very dark disabled room in the ground floor which had a bathroom complete with toilet grab rails. Asked to go back to our original booked room in the ‘cosy’ category and got a really nice room on the 6th floor with huge windows. The vibe of the hotel is good and we liked the little touches like popcorn and a free drink for skipping room cleaning. Sound proofing isn’t great though and we were woken up by music in the night which went on for several hours so sleep quality wasn’t great.

Quiero empezar destacando a José, el señor argentino que prepara los desayunos. Gracias a él nuestra experiencia cambió completamente. Al llegar al hotel no teníamos pensado desayunar, porque el trato del día anterior fue bastante malo. Pero bajé temprano a esperar a mis compañeros y vi a José preparando todo con tanto cuidado, limpieza y una amabilidad increíble, que nos hizo cambiar de opinión. Después de llevar a un amigo al aeropuerto, volvimos solo para desayunar y la verdad es que valió muchísimo la pena. El desayuno fue de los mejores que hemos probado (aunque costó casi 50 € para dos personas), todo estaba riquísimo y muy bien presentado. El shot de jengibre, una maravilla. Se nota que José ama lo que hace y que le pone corazón a cada detalle. Con respecto a la reserva, ya habíamos tenido buenas experiencias en este hotel y por eso nos acercamos directamente a recepción. El chico que estaba en ese momento nos dijo que no había habitaciones disponibles, pero en Expedia sí aparecían. Hicimos la reserva online y, aunque otro empleado se negó al principio a ayudarnos e incluso quiso cobrarnos otra vez, finalmente llamé a Expedia y la agente que me atendió lo solucionó todo enseguida. Al final nos dieron las dos habitaciones que “supuestamente” no existían.

Die Zimmerausstattung war super und alles sauber und ordentlich. Auf den Fluren gibt es auch eine Teeküche wo man kostenlos sich Tee oder Kaffee holen kann. Sehr modern und gut für junge Menschen.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Wenn man länger bleibt wäre ein Gym schön. Durchgang zwischen Bett und Bad ist sehr schmal, da stößt man sich gerne an in diesem Zimmer.
