"Hotel name is not visible from the street. Parking on site was appreciated. Bar staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was 'open' but the cook was not there. After a while they reached her by phone and she would be there in 15 minutes, and was told to take our orders and I paid for two 'specials'. "Room was clean, lovely large, comfortable bed. Shower was good with plenty of hot water. Huw was exceptionally helpful by text before arrival and during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Parking was great behind and in front of the hotel. We do hope to return."

"Positives great location ideal for as we were doing catching Holyhead ferry good views from bedroom window over bay. Hotel felt tired ,lacking attention to detail ie curtain rail was falling of the wall and soap dispenser over sink did not work . Overall OK for one night but we wouldn’t want to stay any longer ."
