"I did make a booking for chalet number 321 in Goodersoon resort but unfortunalely i was disappointed about no internet no DSTV no phone even i did request several times in reception but nothing done."

"Absolutely horrible - probably comparable to the worst truck stop you can imagine. Terrible service, staff were lethargic and unhelpful. Guests were loud, coming and going all night - locking and unlocking doors, smoking in their rooms - which filters into your room. My shower was mouldy and there ..."
