"Got checked in. Got into my room, unpacked my things, went to turn on TV for background noise while I got ready for the night. I couldn’t change the channel(it would just lag & never load), couldn’t load Netflix or Prime Video, I also couldn’t connect to the WiFi. I’m 30 I know how to connect & change channels, WiFi & how to open apps. There was something wrong as I’ve stayed here before.
I called the BW support number to connect WiFi, he said it looks like they need to reset the modems and that he would give front desk a call. I went to front desk to let them know of the issues, the guy was early twenties and tried telling me that I needed to make sure the remote was pointing at the cable receptor. I assured him it was recognizing me clicking around, it just wouldn’t load. I also told him I contacted support and they’ll be calling them to help with IT issue. He asked if he could go into my room and see if he could fix it, he never came to my room and nothing got resolved.
The guy from support called me back, he was very friendly and helpful but said the front desk kept putting him on hold and he tried calling 3x. He said he will be emailing management/ownership about this as this is a big inconvenience for ppl at night.
They never tried compensating or offering anything of actual assistance. I won’t be staying here again. "
