"This stay was absolutely one of the worst of my life...The pocket room was too small to make it functional. Getting help from staff was like pulling teeth. The heating wasn't working at first, then once that got fixed, the lift broke and went broken until I left. Then the bedroom door stopped opening...I was made to go up and down the stairs until I found the right fob at the lobby safe and let myself in. I couldn't get toilet paper for hours because there was none in the storeroom and the staff...
