"It was a nice hotel with friendly easy check in. Bed was small and the room was extremely warm in the night. Also quite noisy and could hear other guests through the walls etc. nicely decorated but impractical lighting. Unfortunately wouldn’t choose to stay again just based on the room. "

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"I was able to check my bags upon an early arrival and spend the day sightseeing. Upon my return I was able to check eight in. My room was comfortable. A good size hotel fridge. Comfortable bed. Large, clean bathroom. A very nice restaurant and sports bar downstairs. The hotel was directly next to the tube and walking distance to Euston and Kings Cross stations, if needed. I recommend and would stay again."

"I like that the hotel is connected to Heathrow. Therefore, you can get off the plane and walk to the hotel without even going outside. Departing is even easier once you walk out through the walkway and after the elevators you’re right at departures."
