The area offers scenic water views that change beautifully with the tides and light. Visitors can enjoy upscale dining with harbour views or catch a film at Harbour Lights Picturehouse. Wide pedestrian walkways make exploring the waterfront easy and pleasant. The development's sleek glass-and-steel architecture creates a sophisticated atmosphere that feels worlds away from ordinary city life.

Bedford Place
Bedford Place buzzes with Southampton's best nightlife scene. This compact district combines Georgian elegance with modern energy through its Victorian-era pubs and cocktail bars. Top Southampton Hotel Reviews
ibis budget Southampton Centre
"Perfectly practical space! Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff! The elevator was small and busy so we often took the stairs. If that’s not an option for you that might be a bummer! Easy 10 minute walk into town. Seemed like easy access to Ubers as well."
Leonardo Royal Southampton Grand Harbour
"Stay was great. Very close to port for cruise. Only one issue, but it was not with the hotel. Concierge scheduled us a taxi for travel to port, literally 6 blocks away. Taxi charged us $20. It was 2 people & 2 medium suitcases, and 2 backpacks that we kept with us. Definitely would recommend using Uber."
Novotel Southampton
"Nice Hotel close to port."
Harbour Hotel Southampton
"We had a Deluxe King Marina View suite #405. The room is gorgeous and the deck is amazing. Wished we stayed longer than one night to enjoy it. Will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to Southampton."
Macdonald Botley Park Hotel & Spa
"The hotel is dated, but well maintained. The staff were gracious and very helpful. The morning breakfast was amazing. It was an enjoyable stay, to say the least."

"No AC so was hot both nights"
Hilton Southampton - Utilita Bowl
"We initially booked this hotel because the photos featured a swimming pool. Upon arrival, however, we learned the pool isn't included in the booking as it's managed independently by another company for an extra fee. While we were willing to pay, we then discovered our young daughter wasn't allowed access, which was a major disappointment for our family. The standard room was quite disappointing for a Hilton property, showing visible stains on the carpet and noticeable wear and tear. It was bad enough that we requested a room change; upgrading to a Junior Suite made a world of difference and was much nicer. Breakfast was average. The bacon was tough to eat, and the fresh fruit lacked flavor. On a positive note, the dining staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and friendly. If you enjoy cricket or golf, the location is a real highlight. Our room featured a lovely balcony overlooking the cricket pitch, allowing us to watch a live game during our stay. Reception staff were generally professional, though a few felt a bit cold. Overall, without the Junior Suite upgrade, the hotel feels rather average."
Best Western Chilworth Manor Hotel
"A really nice Hotel. Cannot fault on anything. Hotel spotless, staff, very friendly. A pleasurable stay. Thank you."
The Elizabeth House Hotel
"Great staff all very helpful and a great full English breakfast, Spent 4nights at the hotel between cruises in a nice big room Will be staying again when we go on our next cruise"
