This "boutique style hotel" is awesome. The staff go way above and beyond. The rooms are exquisite.We stayed here twice to this month, and both times were excellent. The hotel is close to the cruise port.We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Southampton.

Decor, hotel quality, and cleanliness was excellent. Lots of great amenities included. Guest service was friendly and efficient. Important to note that there is no elevator. Also, glassed in bathroom was not very private and sound through ceiling and room door was very noticeable.

Southampton Gem

A very nice boutique hotel in Southampton. Nice comfortable rooms and bathroom, and excellent staff. This is a great location with so many things to do and some many choices of restaurants and bars right in the neighborhood.

The location was walkable to everything in the charming town of Southampton. We stayed a couple nights before getting on a cruise ship. I recommend it! The room was very small but the location was very walkable to restaurants and around the block to Notre Dame Cathedral. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly! A+++

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and were very helpful. We had difficulties getting a taxi when arriving to the airport but Sofie, from the front desk, made arrangements for us to be picked up.

Room looked good and was comfortable. Great, friendly staff and good cleaning in the room. The continental breakfast served to the room was perhaps not to the same "level" of quality as the rest of the hotel experience. There was some road noise at times, being on the front and potentially due to the single glazing. I'd suggest requesting a room on the back if you are a light sleeper. Overall an enjoyable stay
