"The room was clean and tidy however the shower extractor wasn’t working also a none slip bath mat would be good and the heating could have been better and a small fridge would be good,,, the food in the restaurant was really good and friendly staff,,, all that said we would stay there again,, 4 out of 5 stars "

"Great check in. Friendly staff. Room was comfortable with good tea and coffee in the room. Free parking. There was also 3 electric car charging points on the car park. The breakfast was also good. I’m a lovely location by the river but only a short walk to the city centre and the races. Would definitely stay again."

"Nice place outside Lincoln - easy to find, good parking, nice surroundings. Place is clean and tidy, room decent size with good facilities. Only issue was shower over bath which was fine but would have preferred walk-in. Good eating options at the attached Pub."

"Great service from all the staff, especially the waiting staff in the evening for my dinner which was also very nice. The guy checking me in even changed my room as I requested one where I didn't need to climb stairs due to a knee injury. Perfect all round."

"Stayed here overnight after visiting family in Derby , check in and out easy, friendly reception staff. Very clean accomodation , tea, coffee etc, bath with overhead shower, good thick towels the room was quiet cheap overnight at £43 pub/restaurant on site for breakfast and meals, mcdonalds 2 mins walk away. Good very clean comfortable good stay. "

"Comfortable, clean and well equipped room in modern hotel right next to Marston’s pub. Plenty of car parking. Good food in pub although didn’t manage to have breakfast. Really great value for money, felt like a more expensive hotel. Will definitely use again "
