"This hotel was quite unique. I can’t describe the unusual setting of an Indian hotel in London. The cuisine was not my favorite. However, the breakfast was stellar. My room was absolutely amazing. The elevator was a little funky."

"Breakfast over cooked scrambled eggs not good. The grill menu was off because the grill caught fire. Four days no grill menu. Too many dogs allowed barking arendous. Kid's running around unattended. Needs some supervision ."

"The room was ok but not spotless, we left the sign out to be cleaned and when we got back in the evening it hadn't been cleaned, we had no clean towels and had run out of toilet roll. We had 2 rooms and the other room had a strong sewage/drains smell, also lots of insects on the ceiling which i had to get rid of before the kids went to sleep."

"I reserved two rooms, one for my family and another for my elderly mother. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my mother's room was not functioning properly and failed to produce cool air. While the staff was accommodating on the second night and worked to address the issue, my mother had to spend the first night in an uncomfortably hot room.
